Your Responsibilities

* Initiate contact with candidates to share MLR's enticing opportunities and assess their interests

* Coordinate meetings between candidates and recruiters for comprehensive screenings

* Follow up with candidates to nurture their interest and guide their journey

* Ensure accurate records are kept in our applicant tracking system

* Earn commissions based on meetings you arrange, interviews you facilitate, and hires generated from your leads

Income Structure
