Your responsibilities include utilizing our innovative platform and your professional network to identify prospective healthcare candidates, engaging with potential candidates to present MLR opportunities and assess their interest, scheduling meetings between candidates and our recruiting team for in-depth evaluations, reconnecting with leads to sustain interest and guide them through the hiring process, keeping precise and current records in our applicant tracking system, and earning commissions based on meetings scheduled, interviews conducted, and hires made from your outreach.

Requirements for success include excellent written and verbal communication skills, a proactive, self-driven attitude, a passion for outreach and assisting others in taking significant steps in their careers, and no prior experience in recruiting is necessary — if you're organized and resourceful, we'll equip you with everything else.
