This role requires consultative selling skills, persistence in outreach, and daily recruiting activities including interviewing, filling job orders, and ensuring client and associate satisfaction.

Requirements:

Strong computer skills are a must; experience with Microsoft Office and recruiting software preferred.

Daily recruiting tasks including interviewing, filling job orders, and ensuring client and associate satisfaction.
Ability to use consultative selling skills and persistence in outreach.
