Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring consistent service, quality, and guest satisfaction.
\n
• Support beverage menu development, cocktail programming, and seasonal offerings in alignment with the property's culinary vision.
\n
• Lead, train, coach, schedule, and develop the bar team to deliver exceptional service standards.
\n
• Maintain beverage inventory, assist with purchasing, manage vendor relationships, and monitor beverage costs.
\n
• Review sales performance and implement strategies to support revenue growth and profitability.
\n
• Partner with Food & Beverage, Culinary, Venues, and other departments to execute programming and create memorable guest experiences.
\n
• Ensure adherence to standards for service, cleanliness, safety, responsible alcohol service, and compliance.
\n
• Engage with guests and provide knowledgeable, personalized service while building strong guest relationships.
\n
• Monitor daily operations and address service issues proactively and professionally.
\n
• Stay current on cocktail and beverage trends and contribute new ideas to enhance the bar program.
\n
• Support the leadership team with operational planning, reporting, and special events as needed.
\n

Qualifications:

\n

\n
• 3–5 years of experience in bar or beverage management, preferably within a luxury hotel, restaurant, or high-end hospitality environment.
\n
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, beverage trends, and mixology.
\n
• Proven ability to lead, train, and develop high-performing teams.
\n
• Understanding of inventory management, purchasing, beverage cost control, and sales performance.
\n
• Creative, organized, proactive, and highly detail-oriented.
\n
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and guest-service skills.
\n
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced, and demanding environment.
\n
• Beverage certification or advanced beverage education is preferred.
\n
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred.
