Job Overview A law firm seeks a Tax Controversy Associate to join their office in Denver, CO. Attention to detail, organization, and effective writing are important for this position. Colorado Bar required. Duties Assist in state and federal tax audits and litigation. Engage in collection matters and related legal processes. Conduct research and analysis on tax-related issues. Draft legal documents and correspondence. Requirements 1 to 3 years of relevant experience or an LLM in tax. Experience with accounting and various audits preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Effective writing and communication abilities. Colorado Bar admission required. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Admission to the Colorado Bar.
