Schedule: PRN basis, ongoing need; option to work half-day (4 hours) or full-day (8 hours) shifts

• One-time, non-treatment examinations that are primarily interview-based with physical assessments including range of motion and muscle strength testing
• No prescribing or treatment responsibilities required

• Work from your own office or at designated facility locations depending on current need

Requirements:

• Active and unrestricted Montana Nurse Practitioner license
• AANP certification required
• Background in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Orthopedic Surgery, or General Medicine
• Proficiency in METs testing, evaluating and diagnosing respiratory and cardiovascular conditions
• Must own a laptop (Mac/Apple products not compatible)
• Willingness to complete DMA training and become DMA certified
• Must be local candidate within 50-mile radius of assignment location
• NPDB Self-Query report required (pulled within 30 days)
• If applicable, ECFMG certificate for international medical school graduates
