Job Opportunity – General Medicine Provider – Indiana

Location: Kokomo, Indiana (or within 50-mile radius)
Compensation: $600 per half-day (4 hours) / $1,200 per full-day (8+ hours), plus one-time $650 bonus upon completion of training and first exam
Schedule: PRN basis, 2 days per week needed; flexible half-day or full-day shifts

Requirements:

• Active and unrestricted Indiana medical license
• AANP certification
• Background in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Orthopedic Surgery, or General Medicine
• Proficiency in METs testing and evaluating respiratory and cardiovascular conditions
• Must own a laptop (no Mac/Apple products)
• Willing to complete DMA certification training
• Must have own compliant office space within 50 miles of Kokomo
• Self-Query NPDB within 30 days of application
