Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Hold a current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) through ASHA.
• Active or eligibility for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Previous experience working in a school environment is preferred.
• Strong understanding of IEP development, progress documentation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic school environment and manage a diverse caseload.

Core Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs and educational goals.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and school teams to support student growth.
• Conduct speech and language screenings and provide recommendations as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation, update IEPs, and participate in meetings to review student progress.
• Provide support and resources for staff and families to enhance communication skills in various settings.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and district guidelines.
