A highly reputable outpatient primary care/value-based care group is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join its established team in Largo, Florida .
This opportunity is ideal for a physician looking for a predictable weekday schedule, manageable patient volume, strong clinical support, and competitive compensation in a well-supported outpatient setting.
Position Highlights- Location: Largo, FL
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- No weekends
- Patient Volume: Approximately 12–16 patients per day
- Patient Population: Primarily geriatric patients
- Setting: 100% outpatient primary care
- Support: Full clinical support staff and Advanced Practice Providers
- EMR: eClinicalWorks
- Start Date: Approximately 45–90 days
- Base Salary: $275,000–$290,000 annually
- Lucrative annual bonus opportunity

The physician will provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services, including:
- Preventive and wellness care
- Chronic disease management
- Routine examinations
- Medication management
- Care coordination
- Management of common acute and chronic conditions
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain one
- Comfortable treating an adult and geriatric patient population
- Interest in outpatient and value-based care
