Schedule: Part-time, 5 days per week (before or after business hours)

About the Position:

We are searching for a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a part-time Janitorial Professional. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment in our professional office buildings. This position offers a consistent schedule and the opportunity to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Floor Care: Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors throughout the office buildings.
• Trash Removal: Emptying trash receptacles and replacing liners.
• Bathroom Maintenance: Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, restocking supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper).
• Dusting and Cleaning: Dusting furniture, fixtures, and surfaces. Cleaning windows and mirrors.
• General Cleaning: Maintaining overall cleanliness of the office space, including break rooms and common areas.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in janitorial or cleaning services is required.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Must be reliable and punctual.
• Must pass a drug test and background screening.
