Located in San Bernardino, CA Salary: $18.00-$19.00 Location: San Bernardino, CAPay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Full-Time | Evaluation-to-Hire Express Employment Professionals of San Bernardino is currently seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Receptionist for a busy automotive dealership in San Bernardino, CA . This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with customers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has excellent communication and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be flexible and available to work a rotating schedule, including weekdays and weekends. Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct high-volume incoming phone calls .
- Schedule customer appointments and update dealership calendars.
- Process customer payments and perform cashier duties accurately.
- File and maintain customer records and dealership documents.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional front office.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, or Customer Service Representative preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bilingual Preferred
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office .
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a busy dealership environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
- Monday through Sunday
- 8-hour shifts
- Must be flexible to work rotating schedules between 6:00 AM and 9:00 PM , including weekends.
