Patient check-in/out, scheduling, insurance verification, and phone management.
Treatment Coordinator / Front Desk Administrator
Job Description Present treatment plans to patients and explain clinical needs in plain language.
Discuss financial options, including insurance coverage and third-party financing.
Follow up on pending treatment to ensure patient health continuity.
Liaise between the clinical team and the patient to ensure all questions are answered.
