Warehouse Manager

Job Description

Mancan is assisting a local printing company in Canal Fulton that is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations. This position will be responsible for managing a small team of 1-2 employees while ensuring inventory accuracy, shipping efficiency, and overall warehouse organization.

Pay: Starting at $20.00/hour
Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of 1-2 warehouse employees
Maintain accurate inventory records and perform inventory tracking
Operate a forklift safely and efficiently
Process and coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments through UPS
Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards are maintained
Utilize Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, for reporting and inventory management
Assist with receiving, stocking, and shipping materials as needed
Communicate with other departments to ensure timely fulfillment of production and shipping needs
Perform additional warehouse and administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Previous warehouse management or supervisory experience preferred
Forklift experience required
Strong inventory control and warehouse organization experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including basic Excel skills
Experience with UPS shipping systems preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to lead and motivate a small team
Valid driver's license with 2 points or less required
Ability to lift, move, and handle warehouse materials as needed
