Coach and mentor individual producers to help them reach their professional and personal goals. Develop and execute strategic sales plans that expand our market share within the Atlantic District. Represent our agency at industry events and community gatherings to strengthen our brand reputation. Requirements Active Rhode Island Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses. Minimum of 7 years of successful insurance sales experience. Proven track record of managing and mentoring high-performing sales teams. Deep understanding of the Rhode Island insurance market landscape. Strong analytical skills for forecasting and operational strategy.
