As our Executive Director of Sales based in our Coventry office, you will be the heartbeat of our operation. This isn't a role where you will just sit behind a desk pushing spreadsheets. Instead, you will be out in the field, meeting with your team, brainstorming fresh approaches, and helping us redefine what local insurance brokerage looks like. You will inherit a group of dedicated professionals who are eager for your guidance, and you will have the autonomy to build processes that truly reflect your leadership style. ResponsibilitiesLead and inspire our regional sales team to achieve consistent growth in life and health insurance offerings.
Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives that align with the company's long-term vision.
Mentor and coach individual contributors to hone their skills and reach their personal career milestones.
Identify new market opportunities within the Atlantic region and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust strategies to ensure we remain competitive and effective.
Represent the firm at industry events and community functions to strengthen our brand presence.
RequirementsRhode Island Producer License for Life and Health insurance.
Five or more years of experience managing high-performing sales teams.
Deep understanding of the insurance brokerage landscape and regional market trends.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding organizational growth targets.
Clear and persuasive communication style for high-level relationship management.
Proficiency in data analysis and CRM software to track performance metrics.
