QuickBooks Accountant for AI Training

$90 - $170 per hour

Role Overview

Apply hands-on QuickBooks expertise to review accounting workflows, validate financial data, and identify inconsistencies that help improve AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

Work with QuickBooks Online and/or QuickBooks Desktop.
Manage invoicing, bill payments, and bank reconciliations.
Generate and review profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow reports.
Maintain charts of accounts, customer records, and vendor records.
Identify accounting errors and workflow issues.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience using QuickBooks Online and/or QuickBooks Desktop.
Strong bookkeeping or accounting background.
Experience with financial reporting and reconciliations.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Background

Experience as a bookkeeper, accountant, finance professional, or small business owner.
Experience managing multiple clients or business entities.
Familiarity with financial compliance and accounting best practices.

Work Terms

Remote contract engagement.

Compensation

$90 to $170 per hour.
