This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys managing Ohio foreclosure matters from start to finish while working in a stable, collaborative environment with outstanding employee benefits. Responsibilities: Manage Ohio foreclosure matters from referral through final post-sale Prepare, review, and file pleadings, motions, affidavits, and related foreclosure documents Coordinate with clients, courts, title companies, sheriffs, and outside vendors throughout the foreclosure process Track deadlines, maintain case updates, and proactively move files forward Assist with sheriff's sales and post-sale processes, including deed preparation and file resolution Maintain a high level of organization while independently managing an active caseload Qualifications: 5+ years of Ohio foreclosure experience Experience handling creditor-side foreclosure matters from start to finish Strong knowledge of Ohio foreclosure procedures and court requirements Sheriff's sale and post-sale experience is highly preferred Detail-oriented professional with excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to manage files independently with minimal supervision Why This Opportunity Stands Out: 100% employer-paid health insurance for employees Stable, well-respected creditors' rights law firm Collaborative and team-oriented environmentOpportunity to work alongside experienced attorneys with a high level of autonomy #J-18808-Ljbffr Ruthbridge Legal Search
