Description Position:Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire Role Overview: We are seeking an experiencedHVAC Certified Maintenance Technicianto join our team. This role is key to ensuring resident satisfaction and the smooth operation of our apartment community. Responsibilities: Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and appliances. Perform preventative maintenance across units and common areas. Complete “make-ready” tasks to prepare vacant units for new residents. Ensure the property’s curb appeal by maintaining exterior areas and lighting. Respond promptly to resident service requests and participate in the on-call rotation. Requirements: HVAC certification required. Proven experience as a maintenance technician, preferably in multi-family housing. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong customer service and communication skills.
