Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients suffering from major mental illness and emotional disorders, engaging with them in both virtual and community settings.

• Establish trusting and therapeutic relationships with clients, ensuring a compassionate and understanding approach tailored to individual needs.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to create accurate diagnoses and develop integrated care plans that ensure continuity of care.

• Implement evidence-based treatment modalities, including individual and group therapy, focused on empowering clients and improving their overall well-being.

• Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings to enhance collaborative care, sharing insights and strategies that promote patient success.

• Document all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with organizational and HIPAA standards.

• Assist with crisis intervention as needed, demonstrating quick response and sound judgment in high-pressure situations.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring the delivery of the most effective and client-centered care possible.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in committees aimed at improving service delivery and quality improvement initiatives.

• Provide on-call coverage during and outside regular business hours as needed, contributing to urgent care needs in the community.

Qualifications\n

• A current, valid LCSW license in the state of Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
