AI Native BDR

We’re looking for a motivated AI Native Business Development Representative (BDR) to join a growing sales team and help build new business opportunities.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective customers, generating qualified pipeline, and creating strong first impressions with potential buyers. You’ll work closely with sales leadership and Account Executives to develop outreach strategies, connect with key decision-makers, and turn conversations into opportunities.

What You’ll Do

• Generate qualified pipeline through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels
• Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers
• Create thoughtful, personalized outreach that gets prospects’ attention
• Follow up on inbound leads and other potential opportunities
• Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team
• Maintain organized and consistent follow-up throughout the prospecting process
• Collaborate with the broader sales team to test messaging and improve outbound strategies
• Use modern sales tools, data, and automation to prospect efficiently

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2-5 years of previous BDR, SDR, sales, or customer-facing experience
• At least 1 year of previous SaaS or Software Sales experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Confident and comfortable making cold calls
• Proactive, persistent, and motivated by goals
• Organized with strong follow-through
• Coachable and able to quickly apply feedback
• Curious, creative, and willing to experiment with new approaches
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment
