Job Description
The Executive Chef will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations while building a culture centered around quality, consistency, teamwork, and accountability. Responsibilities include:
- Leading, coaching, and developing the culinary team
- Maintaining exceptional food quality, presentation, and recipe execution
- Managing food and labor costs to achieve financial goals
- Overseeing inventory, ordering, preparation, and kitchen organization
- Ensuring compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company standards
- Creating a clean, safe, efficient, and positive working environment
- Partnering with restaurant leadership to drive sales, guest satisfaction, and overall restaurant performance
