The Site Coordinator serves as the primary operational support resource for an orthopaedic practice location. This individual is responsible for coordinating daily clinic operations, supporting physicians and staff, ensuring a positive patient experience, overseeing the site's after hours UrgentOrtho clinic, and helping maintain efficient workflows throughout the site.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, service-oriented, and capable of balancing multiple responsibilities while maintaining a positive and professional presence.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating daily operations to ensure efficient clinic flow and patient scheduling
• Serving as a resource for providers, staff, and patients regarding operational questions and concerns
• Assisting with staff scheduling, onboarding coordination, and training support
• Monitoring clinic workflows and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and patient experience
• Supporting physician needs and facilitating communication between providers and operational leadership
• Addressing patient concerns and assisting with service recovery when needed
• Maintaining office supplies, equipment coordination, and general site readiness
• Ensuring adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Assisting with data collection, reporting, and operational tracking as requested
• Fostering a positive, collaborative environment that supports teamwork and excellent patient care

Required qualifications include:

• Minimum of two years of healthcare, medical office, or clinic operations experience
• Prior experience in a coordinator, lead, supervisor, or similar support role preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with physicians and staff
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and Microsoft Office applications

Preferred qualifications include:

• Orthopaedic or specialty practice experience
• Ambulatory or outpatient healthcare experience
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field
