Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and dependable Call Center Representative to assist customers by phone, respond to inquiries, and provide professional support throughout each interaction. Responsibilities Respond to questions regarding products, services, and company offerings. Provide accurate and helpful information based on customer inquiries. Recommend appropriate products or services based on customer needs. Assist customers with routine questions and service requests. Follow up with customers and prospective customers when appropriate. Support customer satisfaction and relationship-building initiatives. Communicate promotional information clearly and professionally. Maintain organized records of customer conversations and follow-ups. Escalate customer concerns to appropriate team members when necessary. Communicate customer feedback and recurring questions to the team. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve customer service and performance goals. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor. Customer-focused attitude. Comfortable communicating with customers by phone. Strong problem-solving abilities. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Reliable, adaptable, and motivated to learn. Previous call center, customer service, sales, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
