With a focus on engaging young learners, you'll support their communication development in both classroom and individualized settings.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current and valid SLP license for Michigan
• Experience with school-based SLP services preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt therapy plans for diverse student needs

Role Overview:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy to elementary-age students
• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with a range of speech and language disorders
• Develop IEP goals and participate in IEP meetings as required
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student success
• Maintain accurate documentation and track student progress
• Flexible to adjust start and end dates as needed based on the duration of the leave

Assignment Details:

• Start: November 30, 2026
• End: February 26, 2027 (subject to change)
• 37.5 hours each week, on-site in an elementary school environment
