Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure (Michigan SLP license required)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFY considered
• Experience working with school-aged children, ranging from mild to moderate speech and language disorders
• Knowledge of IEP development and implementation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary staff
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload efficiently

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for referred students
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans targeting communication goals
• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students, both individually and in groups
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and regulatory guidelines
• Consult with teachers and families to support student achievement and ongoing communication development
