Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Michigan
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy and support to elementary-aged students at a single school location
• Assess and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to optimize each child’s progress
• Monitor, document, and report on student progress in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations for your caseload
