Salary Range: $250,000 - $325,000/year (based on experience)

What You'll Do

• Provide expert neonatal care in a Level III NICU serving approximately 1,500 deliveries annually
• Attend high-risk deliveries and critically ill newborn assessments
• Collaborate with NNPs providing 24-hour in-house coverage and transport call duties
• Support family education and skilled clinical practices following evidence-based guidelines
• Contribute to a multidisciplinary team in a regional perinatal center offering comprehensive women's health services
• Engage in ongoing professional development and hospital-based initiatives

What You Need Required:

• Board Certified Neonatologist
• Fellowship training in neonatology completed or in progress
• License to practice in New York State

Preferred:

• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work well in high-pressure environments
• Commitment to high-quality patient care

About the Assignment Join a dedicated team at a leading facility in Elmira, NY, recognized for excellent neonatal services within a comprehensive regional healthcare system. As the only Level III NICU in the area, we handle approximately 300 NICU admissions a year with support from specialized pediatric and maternal health services.
