Litigation Legal Assistant (5+ years of experience)

Folsom Jackson O'Malley LLP is hiring a Litigation Legal Assistant to join our Employment Law and Litigation team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment performing complex secretarial, administrative and litigation tasks while assisting attorneys and clients.

What You Will Need:

• At least five years of litigation legal assistant experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, document management, time entry, and e-filing.
• Experience preparing law and motion documents.
• Familiarity with legal terminology, legal documents and legal processes.
• Strong litigation calendaring and service requirement knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, proofreading and time management abilities.
• A self-starter mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Paralegal training/certificate a plus but not required.
