This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment performing complex secretarial, administrative and litigation tasks while assisting attorneys and clients. What You Will Need: At least five years of litigation legal assistant experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, document management, time entry, and e-filing. Experience preparing law and motion documents. Familiarity with legal terminology, legal documents and legal processes. Strong litigation calendaring and service requirement knowledge. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational, proofreading and time management abilities. A self-starter mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
