About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their leadership team. This hands-on role is pivotal in serving as a strategic business partner and overseeing the day-to-day financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all aspects of the company's accounting and finance function, partnering with ownership to develop financial strategies for long-term growth, and managing budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting. Additionally, the CFO will be tasked with ensuring compliance with tax, audit, and regulatory requirements, as well as developing and improving financial processes, controls, and reporting capabilities. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive accounting and finance experience, with a strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. The role requires a professional with previous experience as a CFO, a Controller ready to step into a CFO role, or a senior finance leader in a small or mid-sized company. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on leadership style, be adept at operating strategically, and possess strong communication, analytical, and decision-making skills. While a CPA is preferred, it is not a mandatory requirement. The CFO will also be expected to manage banking relationships, financing, and cash management, and to mentor the accounting team as the company continues to grow.
