Project Manager
Genesis10 is currently seeking a Project Manager for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC or Plano, TX. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.
This role requires a seasoned project manager to lead initiatives within a Scaled Agile environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple projects, strong experience in change management, and excellent communication skills for engaging with senior leadership and global teams.
Responsibilities:
- Successfully manage multiple projects at various stages of the project life cycle
- Manage projects leveraging Scaled Agile methodologies
- Present to LOB senior leaders and financial, legal, compliance, and risk partners
- Lead meetings, follow-up, negotiate, and resolve ambiguity
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in project/program management
- Experience in change management and data analysis
- Well versed in Project Management within a Scaled Agile environment
- Primary skills – project management, change management, agile methodologies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation engagement skills
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, adaptation, and conflict-management skills
- Proficiency with MS Office
Desired skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively at different levels within the organization
- Ability to be nimble and flexible; prioritize workload, proactively react to issues, and consistently react to shifting deadlines
- Ability to work with disparate teams globally
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-specific environment
- Strong experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Visio, Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
Pay range: $50.39 - $58.39 per hour
