This facility operates as a government ICE clinic delivering primary care services to adult patients within a structured clinical environment. The facility maintains established protocols to support consistent care delivery and utilizes a paper charting system for clinical documentation. On-site support staff includes MDs and APPs to assist with daily clinical operations.

California offers clinicians on assignment access to a range of regional attractions and outdoor recreational opportunities suited to varied interests. The state features diverse natural landscapes, coastal areas, cultural destinations, and year-round activities spread across its regions. Clinicians will find options for both nature-based recreation and community-oriented experiences throughout the state.

Clinicians will provide clinic-based primary care services to an adult patient population at a government ICE facility in California, working 40 hours per week on a Monday through Sunday schedule with flexible start times, structured as five 8-hour shifts per week. The expected caseload is approximately 15 patients per day, with clinical responsibilities encompassing the evaluation and management of primary and chronic care conditions for adults ages 18 to 80. No call coverage is required for this assignment. Board certification or board eligibility, a California medical license, and prescriptive authority are required; prior federal or ICE clearance is preferred and may reduce the credentialing timeline.
