Job DescriptionAs a Security Officer Part Time Patrol in Bronx, NY , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a busy commercial real estate location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support tenants and visitors with exceptional customer service and communication. In this role, you will bring a people-first mindset, teamwork, integrity, and reliability to every shift while contributing to a welcoming environment.

Pay Rate: $18.63 / Hour
Job Schedule:
DayTimeTue08:00 AM - 04:00 PMFri11:00 PM - 07:00 AMWhat You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
- Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site guidelines.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout building common areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify security-related concerns.
- Monitor entrances, exits, and/or other assigned areas to help support authorized access, observe activity, and communicate noteworthy information to property management and/or Allied Universal leadership.
- Complete routine documentation and incident reports, and communicate with tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or first responders regarding security-related matters as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
