Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations tailored to each client's unique needs, ensuring a thorough understanding of their mental health challenges.
• Offer evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy for individuals, couples, and families.
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity in documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide an integrated approach to care, ensuring all aspects of a client's health and well-being are addressed.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training, keeping abreast of the latest research and advancements in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will work with a diverse client base, focusing on those who have limited access to traditional mental health resources. Clients may present with a range of issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and substance abuse. Your expertise will play a critical role in empowering these individuals and families to navigate their mental health journeys.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is essential.
• Possession of an active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Georgia is required.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting, is a must.
• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health counseling is crucial.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport with a diverse clientele effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team to optimize client outcomes.

Preferred Experience

• Annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and availability of caseload.
