Senior Information Technology Recruiter

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior IT Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for a recruiter with a strong background in technical recruiting who has experience identifying, engaging, and hiring top technology talent across a variety of specialized areas. Candidates with staffing agency/recruiting firm experience are highly preferred, but strong corporate IT recruiting backgrounds will also be considered. Key Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of IT roles, including software engineering, cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, networking, enterprise applications, and SAP-related positions. Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, develop recruiting strategies, and provide market insights. Source, identify, and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, job boards, and other sourcing tools. Conduct detailed candidate screenings to assess technical experience, career goals, and alignment with open positions. Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified technology professionals. Manage candidate communication throughout the interview and hiring process. Coordinate interviews, provide candidate feedback, and support offer negotiations. Provide insights on technology talent markets, compensation trends, and recruiting strategies. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within applicant tracking systems. Represent the organization professionally while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Required Qualifications 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong focus on IT/technical recruiting. Experience recruiting for specialized technology roles, including software engineering, cybersecurity, infrastructure, networking, cloud, enterprise applications, or SAP. Proven ability to manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced recruiting environment. Strong sourcing skills with experience identifying and engaging passive candidates. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and technical leaders. Experience using applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting tools. Preferred Qualifications Previous staffing agency or executive search recruiting experience preferred. Experience recruiting senior-level technology professionals and leadership roles. Background supporting enterprise technology, digital transformation, or large-scale IT initiatives. Knowledge of current technology hiring trends and talent markets. Established network within the technology recruiting community. Why Apply?
