Customer Engagement Specialist

As a full-time Customer Engagement Specialist, the successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for members and providers, managing inbound service calls, program inquiries, and outbound outreach to enhance customer experience and engagement in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Provide timely and accurate service to customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat Educate customers on healthcare benefits and assist them in navigating internal processes to achieve desired outcomes Conduct outbound outreach for program enrollment and clinical quality checks, ensuring customer understanding and satisfaction Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a healthcare setting or related field At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare contact center or outbound calling environment Strong empathy and ability to build rapport with diverse individuals Proficiency with computer systems, including CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
