Talent Development ManagerSignia Hilton Naples Beach Resort is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Development Manager to join our team.The Talent Development Manager in this role will be self-motivated and demonstrate teaching and training expertise to improve performance and efficiency. Must have experience in end-to-end training development, project management, creating and executing development programs. The ideal candidate can manage multiple projects and collaborate across all levels of the human resources office operations.The Talent Development Manager is responsible for developing and executing the resort's talent management, learning, leadership development, and employee engagement strategies. This role partners with department leaders to attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent while fostering a culture of continuous learning, service excellence, and career growth. The Talent & Development Manager ensures associates receive the training, coaching, and development necessary to deliver world-class guest experiences that reflect the standards of a luxury resort.ResponsibilitiesImprove learning gaps and talent readinessPartner with leaders across department for training complianceDesign, implement, and manage comprehensive learning and development programs for all levels of the operationDevelop service excellence, leadership, compliance, and technical training programsEvaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and operational performance metricsMaintain annual training calendars and ensure required compliance training is completedCreate and update job aids, toolkits, and training materials as neededManage learning platforms (courses, enrollments, learner support, completion reporting)Facilitate and/or host group training sessionsAlign Mosaic Learning Center offerings to individual development needsIdentify development opportunities and recommend tools and solutionsImprove department processes to increase efficiencyCreate and manage leadership development programs for supervisors, managers, and emerging leadersCoach leaders on performance management, employee development, communication, and coaching skills.Support executive leadership in identifying and developing high-potential talent.Coordinate mentoring and cross-training initiatives across departments.Train managers on effective performance coaching and feedback techniquesEnsure training programs support brand standards, operational excellence, and guest satisfaction goals.Maintain accurate training recordsAssist with non-training related human resources tasks including but not limited to recruitmentThe ideal candidate is proactive and comfortable balancing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.What are we looking for?QualificationsHilton experience preferredTwo years' experience at a luxury hotel or resortExperience in a Forbes 4- or 5-Star property strongly preferredCollege education required; degree in hospitality, hotel or human resources management or business administration preferredExcellent computer proficiency; experience in Workday, Excel, Outlook, Canva and Microsoft 365Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentStrong verbal and written communications skills in EnglishSpanish or Creole speaker preferredExceptional interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teamsPhysical ability to stand or sit for extended periodsKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities• Strong instructional design and adult learning principles• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills• Ability to coach and influence leaders at all organizational levels• Strong project management and organizational skills• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities• Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure learning outcomes and business impact• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgmentPreferred CompetenciesPassion for developing people and creating exceptional employee experiencesStrong understanding of luxury hospitality service standardsInnovative mindset with the ability to develop engaging learning experiencesCollaborative leadership style with excellent coaching skillsStrong emotional intelligence and cultural awarenessCommitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belongingAbility to inspire continuous learning, accountability, and professional growthCompensation:-Pyramid Global Hospitality is an equal opportunity employer.
