Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive assessments to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, strengths, and treatment goals.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans incorporating evidence-based therapeutic techniques and methodologies.

• Conduct ongoing therapy sessions that address a variety of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and emotional difficulties.

• Collaborate with an integrated team of professionals which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to create a continuum of care.

• Document clinical notes meticulously to comply with ethical and legal standards while monitoring each client’s progress.

• Engage in regular supervision and team meetings to discuss case management, share insights, and foster a culture of continuous professional development.

• Lead outreach initiatives to educate the community about mental health, thereby improving service access and reducing stigma.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active state license as an LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW.

• Minimum of three years of clinical experience in a mental health or behavioral health setting involving direct therapy delivery.

• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting assessments, devising treatment plans, and executing evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an aptitude for both independent and collaborative work.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience utilizing telehealth platforms for remote therapy service delivery.

• Background in crisis intervention or experience working with at-risk populations.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Informed Care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
