Office Manager

Full Time

Monday through Friday  7AM-5PM

Key Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for leading and performing day to day activities of multiple accounting functions
• Ensure accounting and finance issues are processed, identified and documented properly
• Accounts Payable – responsibilities may include vendor management, forms, and submissions (W-9, 1099, etc.), corporate credit cards, expense management, use tax, controls, and compliance, and monthly close.
• Accounts Receivable- collections, cash application, customer interaction, monthly close, and sales tax
• Payroll
• Monthly reconciliations of multiple accounts including credit cards
• Employee liaison- insurance, vacation…
• Manage fleet registrations & insurance
• Maintain personnel and customer files
• Routine & special projects
• Monthly & quarterly taxes

Requirements/Skills:

• QuickBooks & Microsoft Office
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of general accounting procedures
• Great communication and phone skills
• Team player
• Self motivated
• Ability to multi-task
