Sr. Territory Manager - Utah & Colorado

Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for physicians, hospital staff, purchasing and contracting decision-makers regarding product usage, support, contracting and purchasing. Provide intraoperative case coverage and support for embolization coil procedures and related interventions. Execute a territory-specific strategic sales plan, driving revenue and expanding product adoption in key accounts. Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities and sales leads in collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager, Marketing team and Clinical Specialist support. Educate and train clinicians, nurses, and technicians on product indications, device usage, procedural techniques, and outcomes. Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to inform strategy and customer conversations. Participate in national and regional industry conferences, trade shows, and physician workshops to promote awareness and education around neurovascular products. Support clinical trial enrollment by identifying eligible cases and collaborating with the clinical affairs team. Ensure proper handling and traceability of rep stock inventory in accordance with company procedures. Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager to implement and execute account growth strategies developed by Sales and Marketing through product introductions and in‑services for customers. Support Marketing in the development of education programs for physicians and other health professionals involved in the use of company products to accelerate adoption of new techniques and products. Maintain and increase professional and technical knowledge by on‑the‑job training, attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies. Work in accordance with quality system procedures. Keep supervisor informed of status and progress, ensuring that regular and periodic communication takes place. Maintain professional conduct, attendance, and high ethical standards in the workplace, complying with company’s policies and procedures. Fulfill mandatory training requirements applicable for department and job duties as appropriate. Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested by supervisor or management.
