(Sr) Procurement Manager- CAPEX/MRO (CPG Industry)

About the Opportunity Our client is a well‑established Asian consumer brand with a strong international presence and a long‑standing reputation within the food and consumer goods industry. The company is continuing to strengthen its North America operations and is seeking an experienced (Sr.) Procurement Manager to support strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives across CAPEX and MRO categories. This role is ideal for candidates who are hands‑on, commercially driven, and experienced in managing procurement operations within a fast‑paced manufacturing or consumer environment. Key Responsibilities Lead procurement activities across CAPEX and MRO categories, including sourcing strategy, supplier management, contract negotiation, and cost optimization Manage procurement projects related to equipment, facilities, maintenance services, operational supplies, and indirect purchasing needs Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and operational reliability Partner closely with operations, engineering, manufacturing, finance, and supply chain teams to support business objectives Identify opportunities for process improvement, procurement standardization, and cost‑saving initiatives Monitor supplier performance, market trends, and category risks to support strategic decision-making Lead and develop a small procurement team while driving cross‑functional collaboration Ensure procurement practices comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Engineering, or related disciplines Minimum 10 years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience, preferably covering CAPEX and/or MRO categories Prior team leadership or people management experience is required Experience within Food & Beverage, FMCG, consumer goods, or manufacturing industries is highly preferred Strong negotiation, supplier management, and stakeholder communication skills Solid understanding of procurement processes, contract management, and cost control methodologies Analytical, detail‑oriented, and capable of working in a fast‑paced business environment Experience with ERP or procurement systems is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr KOS International Talent Group
