Exciting opportunity for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist seeking a contract role for the 2026-27 school year. This full-time position is for 32 hours per week, supporting students across two school sites near Cibolo, TX. The role involves engaging with a diverse pediatric population, collaborating with education professionals, and making a meaningful difference in students’ communication skills and academic success. Candidates at all experience levels, including new graduates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license issued by the state of Texas
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred; CFY candidates considered
• Experience with pediatric populations in school settings is highly desirable
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to varying caseloads and collaborate effectively at multiple school sites

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting screenings, assessments, and development of individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Delivering targeted therapy to students with speech, language, and communication challenges
• Maintaining thorough documentation and progress reports on student outcomes
• Working closely with teachers, parents, and support teams to implement effective interventions
• Traveling between two assigned school sites as needed during the work week
