Qualifications & Experience:

• Hold a valid Texas Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license
• Experience or certification in SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or a strong pediatric focus preferred
• Previous work with school-aged children is advantageous
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt to the needs of diverse student populations across multiple campuses

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educational teams
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and administrators to provide the best possible outcomes for students
• Maintain accurate records, complete documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
• Support students across two school sites, ensuring high-quality care
