CNC Machinist 1st Shift

Location: Bloomington, MN

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 am- 3:30 pm

Training: Conducted on 1st shift

We’re seeking an experienced CNC Machinist who takes pride in precision work and quality production. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on machining, taking ownership of setups, and working in a steady production environment.

What You’ll Do

• Operate and monitor CNC machines to produce parts according to customer specifications
• Verify existing programs and modify CNC programs as needed
• Set up machines, including adjusting and changing tooling
• Perform one full setup approximately every two weeks, involving a longer tooling/inserts changeover
• Inspect parts during production using calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform basic preventive maintenance, including checking/refilling fluids and monitoring filters

✅ What You Bring

• 4+ years of experience setting up and operating CNC machines
• Knowledge of G & M codes
• Proficiency with micrometers, calipers, and gauges
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards

Work Environment

You’ll work in a large, open facility with warehouse racking and a mix of assembly and machining operations. This is a 2nd shift role with a consistent four-day workweek schedule.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26-$31
