Senior Project Manager

Job Roles and ResponsibilitiesLead projects from planning through final completion.Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and resources.Coordinate with clients, designers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.Lead project meetings and communicate project status to stakeholders.Review project drawings, specifications, and contract documents.Monitor project progress and resolve project issues proactively.Manage procurement, material orders, deliveries, logistics, and project expediting.Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality and compliance.Prepare project reports, documentation, and progress updates.Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements.Develop project execution strategies and risk mitigation plans.Monitor project financial performance and profitability.Collaborate with estimating, procurement, field operations, and executive leadership.Mentor Project Managers and support the development of project management best practices.Support business development initiatives and continuous process improvement.Qualifications and CertificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field preferred.Proven experience managing commercial construction, fabrication, or installation projects.Strong project management, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control experience.Experience managing project teams and cross-functional stakeholders.Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.Experience with procurement, logistics, and material management.Strong understanding of project financial management and risk mitigation.Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.Experience mentoring junior Project Managers is preferred.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.PMP certification is preferred but not required.BenefitsHealth InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsurancePaid Time OffPaid HolidaysRetirement PlanProfessional DevelopmentCareer Advancement Opportunities
