Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN)

Guaranteed Hours: 36 Contract Weeks: 13

Current RN license in the State of Oregon

ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC certification required

Certifications specific to areas of clinical specialty preferred

Conduct thorough assessments of patients upon arrival, including vital signs, medical history, and current symptoms.

Prioritize patients based on the severity of their condition, ensuring that critical cases are attended to first.

Administer medications, intravenous fluids, and treatments according to physician orders.

Monitor patients' vital signs and responses to treatments, adjusting interventions as needed.

Collaborate with the medical team, including physicians and nurse practitioners.

Accurately document patient information and treatment plans in electronic health records (EHR) or paper charts as required.

Participate in required education for relevant programs as applicable to position.
