We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Guest Services Coordinator with previous hospitality experience to join our team at Unity Health and Rehabilitation Center in Miami, Florida. As a vital member of our Skilled Nursing Facility, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional care and a welcoming atmosphere for our residents.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate guest services, including introducing visitors to staff and residents, and ensuring a smooth transition for new residents
Manage and maintain guest information, including resident contact lists and communication platforms
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to resident and family concerns in a timely and professional manner
Maintain accurate records and reports on guest services, including resident feedback and satisfaction surveys
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall guest experience
