Construction Project Manager, GSA

Key Responsibilities

• Lead field execution for data center projects, including thermal, AC power, liquid cooling, and subcontractor activities.
• Coordinate installation, startup, commissioning, and service work.
• Manage field resource planning, schedules, and manpower requirements.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, site, and company safety standards.
• Conduct coordination meetings with customers, contractors, and internal teams.
• Track project progress, resolve field issues, manage scope changes, and support on-time project delivery.
• Prepare project reports and stakeholder presentations.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years managing MEP construction projects and field personnel.
• Experience overseeing large field teams (up to 50 resources).
• Strong leadership, communication, customer management, and problem-solving skills.
• 5+ years using commissioning/issue-tracking software.

Preferred Qualifications

• 8–12 years of MEP or construction management experience.
• Data center construction experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• OSHA 30 certification.
