Senior Construction Project Manager: This is where you come in.

We’re seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead operations on a major project in Central Washington. In this critical role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, from planning and execution to team leadership and client relations. • Master Change Management – Review design drawings, estimate costs, and negotiate change orders to optimize project outcomes.

The Senior Construction Project Manager reports to Ross Garvey, Lead Project Manager, and plays a key role on a collaborative team driving diverse projects and initiatives to support our growing business. This high-impact position provides broad exposure across all levels and functions of the organization.

• 6+ years of project management experience in mechanical or construction industries

• A proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and under budget

• A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field—or equivalent hands-on experience

Benefits

Compensation: $120,000-$160,000 Annually
