Grainger, Inc. is seeking a Business Systems Engineer - GUS in Lake Forest, IL with the following requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering or related field plus 2 years of related experience. Will accept any level of experience in the following skills: Analyze business requirements and configure enterprise software systems to support end-to-end business processes; Design and implement integrations between enterprise systems using APIs (e.g., REST, SOAP) to enable secure data exchange; Prepare functional specifications, process flow documentation, and technical configuration documents supporting enterprise software implementations; Configure SAP enterprise systems supporting supply chain planning, inventory planning, and materials management; Develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise applications including writing program code, preparing technical documentation, and troubleshooting production system incidents. Up to 20% domestic and international travel required for project Go Live, support and learning. Must live near a major airport. Up to 100% remote work allowed. Compensation: The anticipated base pay range for this position is $109,000 - $158,400 which reflects the potential base pay at the time of this posting. Base pay will depend on factors such as work location, relevant experience, and skills.
